Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number.
If your order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held for missing or stolen packages. If you can, give your company's shipping address, so it will not be lost.
If the items are in stock that you order, it will be dispatched the following business day. Please note because some products are unique and limited they will be marked out-of stock and may not be able to backorder them.
We are not responsible for delayed packages when working with a third party suppliers!
Shipping internationally means that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. We are required by law to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange of product or for refund. Please be aware of some products are made by hand, so each product is unique and authentic, so variations might occur. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com before sending your items back to us to see if you are eligible for refund/return. Always use a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen returns while in transit. We will not refund the original shipping costs nor import fees, taxes and we are not responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If you received FREE SHIPPING, and you decided to return the item(s), you will be refunded the order amount minus the cost of the shipping!
Exchanges for different sizes are available, although it’s the customer’s responsibility to return merchandise first. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions on sizing before you make a purchase.
Returns should be sent to the address below in padded envelope or using the original mailing bag (let’s reduce waste). Customer is responsible for shipping fees and cannot be reimbursed (can’t accept responsibility for lost packages).
Cancellations - as we ship daily, we can’t offer cancellations.
